Munda's Play Therapy

Individual therapy

For whom
Play therapy works for children aged 4 to 12 with problems such as shyness, insecurity, fear of failure, anger, restlessness, stress, divorce problems, mourning, attachment problems and attachment disorders, bedwetting, ADHD, autism, learning and concentration problems.
What is Play Therapy?
Play therapy connects to a natural need of the child: free play. Play Therapy is a form of psycho therapy in which children are allowed to play freely with toys that fascinate them. The game can vary from drama and role play, store, dollhouse, castle and farm to sand and water table, wooden blocks, lego, drawing, painting and modeling.

In the game a child can express feelings that do not occur in a daily conversation. The game therapist reacts to your child in such a way that a blocked development is set in motion again. For example, a developed fear of failure can be overcome while playing with the therapist. If necessary, the therapist also works on a weekly basis on speaking specific sounds, children's verses, improvisations and stage texts in order to balance thinking, feeling and acting. Play therapy is a pleasant, varied therapy for your child.
About Munda's Play Therapy
Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being. Innerpeace, happiness, strength and freedom are important values in my play therapy. The focus is on the specific qualities of your child.

I also try to establish a balance between the different constitutiveimages: slow-heavy versus overexposed-light; pushed-closed versus flowing open;tenacious versus forgetful.

Munda's play therapy is Anthroposophically Oriented because I want to connect with your child from her heart. The process your child goes through is summarized in a therapeutic story that the child receives during or after the sessions.

Anthroposophy offers possibilities from multiple perspectives such as contemplationon the drawings or (family) constellations with dolls that your child madeduring the therapy. The playing also stimulates your child to use all thesenses.
